Skincares Must-Have

Hello!

I have SO many Skincare items with a range of different prices to match! I have picked some of my personal favorites that work for me!

Firstly, I have some items from Avon. I absolutely love Avon, their products work so well on my skin and they are also very affordable!

These are from the Clear Skin range. There is the Pore Penetrating Cooling Astringent which is currently on sale for £1.50 and then the Pore Penetrating Invigorating Scrub on sale for £2, however a while back when I purchased them, I payed full price (£4 each)!
I feel that both of these products work great on my skin and they don't make it sting either, also smelling gorgeous at the same time!

Then there is the Three Step Clearskin Professional which works wonders on the skin and is so simple for people who are starting to take more steps in their skincare regime. Once again this is from Avon. 1-Clearskin Professional Deep Pore Cleansing Scrub. 2-Clearskin Professional Clarifying Toner Pads and 3-Clearskin Professional Daily Correcting Lotion. Retailing between £5.50-£7 each!

My final item from Avon is the Solutions Vibes which is said to "Remove make-up, dirt and debris, to leave skin looking polished and radiant" -basically doing a similar job as a Clarisonic but for just a fraction of the price as it is just £15 plus replacement pads which are only £5!

The next few items are specifically for Blemishes, Spots and Blackheads! First of all there is Scrub Your Nose In It by Soap and Glory! After you have used this your skin feels so refreshed and healthy without feeling a tingling/burning sensation. You can buy it from Boots here for £7.50.
Next is Grease Lightning by Lush. I just have to say that this is the most powerful spot treatment i have tried so far! After applying this to my skin where I have any breakouts before I go to sleep, in the morning it has almost gone! I would definitely recommend this to a friend. A little goes a long way with this product and it is £5.95 here!

The final item from this image is Avons Clearskin Blackhead Clearing Deep Treatment Mask. This help get rip of some blackheads and feels lovely on skin. You can get it here for only £2!

This is the Clearasil Rapid Action Face Wash which is shown here in one of my haul posts. I am not going to go into much detail about this product other than saying it is great value for money as I am going to do a review on it in the near future!

The products that I am currently using in my skincare routine is what James from Stylish England- a close friend of mine gave me for my birthday (31st August)! This is simply amazing! It doesn't dry your skin or make it appear oily at the same time... it just balances it out neutrally and clears skin up really well!

Thank you very much James, it was so lovely of you and I really love it!:D

I hope that you enjoyed reading this post -leave me a comment if you have got any questions relating to my blog!

Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot.

Back To School Haul!

 Hello!

So considering that this week a lot of students are going back I thought that I would do a little haul showing some of the supplies that I bought as I love reading other peoples!

DISCLAIMER- I am in no way, shape or form trying to 'brag' about any of the things that I have bought, neither trying to promote the store/brand! I have payed for all of the things with my own money!

I went to few different stores and this is what I got:

The first store that I went to was Tesco. I picked up this binder because I am in the middle of my exams and I require them for most subjects to keep all of my work together. I think that it is just such an adorable design and I purchased two of them for £2.50 each!

Tesco-£2.50

Then I went into TKMaxx to have a look around and I ended up finding this binder. I thought it will also be handy as it is bigger than the ones from Tesco so it can hold more! It was £2.00 in the clearance from £7.50!

                     TKMaxx-£2.00

The last place that I went to for my school supplies was Sainsburys.

    L-R! Sainsburys- £4.00 and £2.99

L-R! Sainsburys- £2.00. £3.50. £5.99. £2.00

L-R! Sainsburys- £3.00. £2.50.

L-R! Sainsburys- £1.99. £2.99. £1. £1. £1

I forgot to add pictures of my pencil case, ruler, rubber and sharpener becaise I got them at the beginning of summer, but if you want a picture of them, just leave me a comment!

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot.

August Favorites!

Hello!

Apologies for not posting at the weekend- there was no Wi-Fi/Internet connection!

So it's near the end of August and I thought that I would do a monthly favorites post!

I have tried lots of new products this month, and loved them! these are some;

The first thing that I'm really loving this month in particularly is a fragrance by Justin Bieber called "Girlfriend". It is 100ml and a fruity/floral scent that just reminds me of summer and lasts all day!

The next product is from the collection by One Direction who teamed up with MUA to create this fabulous line! This is the lipstick designed by Liam called "I Want". It is a gorgeous shimmery red/orange colour!

Then there is the Coconut Body Butter from The Body Shop. It is a gorgeous scent and feels fresh when applied after a bath/shower. Again, the scent stays on you all day!

The Breakfast Scrub by Soap and Glory is something that so many people rave about and about a month ago I purchased one and instantly fell in love with it! It is rough enough to exfoliate the skin but not too much that it hurts.

The final product that i've been loving this month is Johnson's Baby Bath -surprise, surprise. The smell is just addictive, it's gorgeous!

Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot.

Mini Haul!

Hello!

I'm going to be doing a mini haul of the products that I have purchased over this past few days!

DISCLAIMER- I am in no way, shape or form trying to 'brag' about any of the things that I have bought, neither trying to promote the store/brand! I payed for all of the things with my own money, apart from the iPhone which was an early birthday gift!

I went into town to have a look in T.K.Maxx (In America it is T.J.Maxx), however I ended up going in multiple shops and spending more money than I first anticipated.

So the first place that I went to was T.K.Maxx:

I am in love with Ralph Lauren!

When I saw this I put it straight in my basket!
This is a blue and white striped tank top, with "RL" at the bottom to the left imprinted on metal. It is size 'Medium', however it is very baggy and a little large for me(I am usually a UK size 10!) The RRP was £45 but because T.K.Maxx is a discounted designer store I only paid £19.99!

The next thing that I picked up I was a little unsure of whether it would suit me or not as it is not something that I would typically go for! I am glad that I did as I have grown to love it!

This is a green Superdry fashion top- size "small" with a RRP of £29.99 but I played £14.99.

This item that I purchased from T.K.Maxx is a duck-egg blue colour Crew Clothing polo shirt -Size 14(in polo shirts i'm usually UK size 12, however there were none and I think that this is gorgeous, so i'm not bothered that it is a bit big:D). The RRP is £40 and I paid an amazing £14.99 for it!

I personally think that TIGI are a brilliant brand.

I've been looking for a new hair brush for a while, spotted this and put it straight into my basket! As you can see, the T.K.Maxx price is meant to be £19.99, and then it was reduced to £15. However when I got to the pay desk it came out to be £12 instead of £15 -bargain!

The final product that I bought from T.K.Maxx is by Wella.

This is the System Professional Lozione Specifica Per Cute Grassa For Greasy Scalps -this was only £3.99. The reason behind me getting this is that after a day, my hair becomes slightly greasy and I wanted to see if this would help or not? You can buy it from Perfume Bargains for £5.84!

The next store that I went in to was Superdrug which is a British drugstore chain:

Johnson's Baby Bath is hands-down the nicest smelling bath product ever! So I picked up a 300ml bottle for £1.69!

The next two things that I got are from Simple.
There is the Kind To Skin Invigorating Shower Gel which was £2.09 and Kind To Skin Nourishing Body Wash, also at £2.09 for 250ml each.

Original Source is the brand of the next thing that I purchased. This is a 250ml bottle with the scent of Mint and Tea Tree, retailing for £2.29 however is it on sale for only £1.

The final item that I purchased from Superdrug is Lynx Attract For Her 150ml for £1.45 instead of £2!

The last thing that I did while I was in town was going into WHSmiths to get an iTunes voucher for my new iPhone that I got as an early birthday present as my BlackBerry has broken: Shock-Horror!

A while back I ordered a Clearasil Perfectawash Automatic Face Wash Dispenser With Refills and it finally came yesterday! It was £7.99! I also bought an extra refill with it and that was £4.10 -both from Amazon.

These are the items from my mini haul, however I accidentally forgot to add my iTunes voucher and my iPhone!:

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Facial Wash Review

Hello!

I am going to be reviewing: Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Facial Wash.
Because I am never really happy with a facial wash, I tend to only use it for a few weeks. I then discovered this wonderful product by Neutrogena. So for the past few weeks I have been using this "new" facial wash daily.

As it says on the packaging that it is meant to "deeply cleanse for clear and healthy looking skin" I was really looking forward to trying this product and I was expecting great results from it.
This is typically designed for oily skin, which I have so I thought that this would be perfect for me.
The first time that I used it, I was pleasantly surprised with not only how it makes my skin feel afterwards (soft and fresh), but also at the scent(fresh and minty, however it isn't overpowering!). Not only do I want a product to work well for me, but it is a bonus if it smells nice too!

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Facial Wash is an orange liquid in gel form and comes out of a pump (which I love as I find it easier to use and it is more sanitary!). It is a 200ml size bottle; which due to the amount that I have used so far, it will hopefully last a long while.

I have noticed a change in my complexion, for the better, since I have been using it as my skin doesn't feel dry and at the same time, doesn't make it appear oily! I would 100% recommend this product to a friend and will definitely be re-purchasing it in the near future!

This product retails at an average of around £4.49 in the United Kingdom. I purchased mine from Boots and it is now on offer for £2.99!

I hope that you find this information useful! Please leave me a comment or Tweet me (@WordsOfWisdomUK), if there is a product that you would like me to review!

Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot.

BERLIN 2013!

Hello!

So for today's post I am going to do something a little different!
A few weeks ago I went on a history trip to Berlin. It is such a beautiful city and it was boiling; 37 degrees (yes, you read that right!). I thought that I could show some of the pictures that I took while I was there.

I went to SO many different sites that cause attraction from all around the world as it is such a momentous part of history.
Some of the main places that I went to included Checkpoint CharlieSachsenhausen Concentration Camp, climbing on the roof of The Reichstag Building and visiting The Berlin Olympic Stadium. As well as going bowling on the third night, woo!
My group was also very privileged as to have a private tour around the Berlin-Hohenschönhausen Memorial.

If you would like to know any names of the places from the pictures, just leave me a comment.
Seeing and hearing some of the things that I have been told has definitely made me appreciate life and the things that I have a lot more.
I hope that you have enjoyed the pictures!

Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot.
